Lariofiere, in compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (hereinafter GDPR) on the processing and circulation of Personal Data wishes to inform you that the processing of Personal Data will be carried out in accordance with the principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency and minimization to protect the confidentiality and rights of the data subjects.

2. Personal data processed and purpose of processing
“Data” means Personal Data and Fiscal Data such as: First Name, Last Name, date and place of birth, residential address, telephone and electronic contact information, VAT number, company title and position held. All Data you provide will be processed exclusively for the following purposes:
(a) Execution of accounting and tax obligations;
(b) Customer management;
(c) Financial Movements;
(d) Advertising in the press, radio, television, Internet and other media;
(e) Management of other activities that should be expressly required or mandatory by law;
(f) To enable the use of services offered by Lariofiere;
g) To assert and/or defend the rights of Lariofiere in civil, criminal and/or administrative litigation
(h) Direct Marketing: by way of example, promotional and commercial communications may take place through text messaging or other instant messaging services, email contact, direct telephone contact with operator, sending of material through postal means.
i) Conducting customized market research and surveys for quality assurance purposes and to improve our products and services.
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this site or through the completion of specific contact forms, involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message.
It is always possible to ask the Data Controller to clarify the concrete legal basis of each processing and in particular to specify whether the processing is based on law, required by a contract, or necessary to conclude a contract.
3. Methods of processing
The processing will be carried out through both computerized and paper-based tools; the processing of the Data through the use of IT tools may be carried out either manually or through automated methods suitable for storing, processing and transmitting them and will be carried out by means of technical and organizational measures appropriate, taking into account the state of the art and the costs of implementation, to ensure, inter alia, the security, confidentiality, integrity, availability and resilience of the systems and services, preventing the risk of loss, destruction, unauthorized access or disclosure or otherwise unlawful use, as well as by reasonable measures to delete or rectify in a timely manner Data that is inaccurate in relation to the purposes for which it is processed.
Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illegal or incorrect use, and unauthorized access.
4. Consent
Although according to the provisions of the regulations in force, the provision of Data is optional, any refusal will in fact result in the impossibility of obtaining benefits (such as discounts on entrance ticket, discounts on the amount of the exhibition space, assistance, request for information and insights). The consent to the processing of the Data referred to in points a), b), c), d), e), f), g) and i) of art. 2 of this policy is therefore necessary and functional. As for the consent to Direct Marketing activities as defined in point h) of art. 2, on some occasions it is mandatory in order to take advantage of the benefits and discounts that from time to time the entity intends to offer. The services will in any case be usable but failure to consent to the processing of data for said purpose will result in the loss of the benefits.
5. Data Retention
The Data processed exclusively for the purpose of proper management of contractual relations, will be communicated to: Persons in charge of processing; Banking institutions for collections and payments; Professionals for the fulfillment of legal obligations and for opinions and/or advice on legal, administrative, fiscal matters; Advertising agencies, press, radio and television for the purposes referred to in Article 2 letter d). Any further communication will take place with your explicit consent. The Data will be kept for a period useful to exhaust all the fulfillments and obligations required by the regulations in civil and fiscal matters and therefore equal to 10 years from their acquisition.
Data processed on the subject of Direct Marketing as defined in paragraph (h) of Article 2 of this policy will be retained for a period of 24 months after their acquisition.
6. Rights of the data subject (ART. 15- 22 of the GDPR)
You can contact the General Secretariat or the Data Processor at any time to assert your rights, as provided in Art. 7 Legislative Decree. 196/2003 and Articles 15-22 of the GDPR.
(a) Data subjects are granted the rights set forth in Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, where applicable.
(b) In particular, data subjects may ask the Data Controller for access to the Data, rectification of inaccurate Data, integration of incomplete Data, deletion of Data, as well as restriction of processing in the cases provided for in Art. 18 of the GDPR.
c) Data subjects have the right to object at any time, in whole or in part, to the processing of Data necessary for the pursuit of the legitimate interest of the Data Controller.
(d) The interested parties, in addition, in the cases provided for in Art. 20 of the GDPR for the exercise of the right to portability, have the right to receive in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format the Data provided to the Data Controller, as well as, if technically feasible, to transmit it to another Data Controller without hindrance.
(e) Data subjects have the right to withdraw their consent given at any time for marketing purposes, as well as to object to the processing of Data for such purposes. This is without prejudice to the possibility for a data subject who prefers to be contacted for the aforementioned purpose exclusively through traditional means to express his or her opposition only to the receipt of communications through automated means.
(f) Data subjects have the right to lodge complaints with the competent supervisory authority (particularly in the member state where they usually reside or work or the state where the alleged violation occurred).
g) These rights may be exercised, by registered mail, to Lariofiere, viale Resegone 22036 Erba (CO), to the kind attention of the Management Secretariat or by e-mail to lariofiere@legalmail.it.
7. Persons authorized to process data
Lariofiere considers privacy protection to be of paramount importance and therefore shares data only when strictly necessary and only with those who concretely enable it to provide better service. Your data is in fact accessible to: employees and/or collaborators of Lariofiere who help to create, maintain and improve all of Lariofiere’s services and offerings in their capacity as internal data processors and/or system administrators.
8. Categories of recipients to whom the Data may be disclosed as data controllers or who may become aware of the Data as data controllers

Lariofiere does not transfer Data to countries outside the EU.

10.1.2 The main functions of cookies installed by Lariofiere are technical, they are used to constantly improve the Service, for statistical purposes, such as counting visits.
