Discover MECI’s Thematic Areas

INVEST IN LAKE COMO

The new area within MECI dedicated to the promotion and enhancement of urban and real estate development projects. A summary space where to present projects for the redevelopment, restoration and conversion of areas and properties that have enabled or will enable an increase in land value, with benefits for local communities and third-party users.

For this first edition, focus and geographical scope of reference will be the territory of Lake Como and Brianza.

With the representation of the most significant works and projects for the area, the objective is also to create an analytical observation point and a qualified platform for dialogue and comparison for subjects that in various ways may be interested in the subject: investors and investment funds, credit and insurance institutions, legal and financial consultants, real estate developers, architects and planners, developers, construction companies, trade associations, institutions and territorial bodies that at various levels, are bearers of interest in this specific area

CONSTRUCTION

The theme of “home” understood as a safe haven asset, will be one of the main topics of MECI. Through contributions from the exhibition area and in-depth moments, the Smart Home will be illustrated in both finishes, envelope, and systems, with the aim of presenting operators with the best solutions of modern living, including home automation and digital transition, home automation, and fire protection.

SAFETY

The topic related to security is as vast and complex as ever both in terms of the skills required and the impacts that the measures to be implemented generate on the company; MECI organizes training and discussion moments highlighting the Smart City concept between security, video surveillance and cybersecurity.

SUSTAINABLE BUILDING

Construction will be a key sector for the ecological transition. At MECI there will be an area dedicated to sustainable construction and issues related to the enhancement of low-impact construction sites.

YARD

Earthmoving will be the star of the outdoor area where equipment and machinery of different brands, new and used, will be on display. State-of-the-art construction equipment and new tools for their use will also be enhanced in the area.
